With the idea of convenience for the residents of Timberlea, LIAM started construction on six bays of retail and commercial space in 2006 with the Siena Building. Cortona followed in 2007 with an additional eight bays that have become home to The HUB Family Resource Centre, Chocolates & Candlelight, Premium Meats, Spoiled Rotten & many more.
